I ordered flowers online for my nieces business grand opening and they were the most beautiful flowers. Thank you for doing a great job and making ordering flowers easy!

It takes A LOT to get me to actually write a Google review but, Bella Botanica was incredible to work with. We called in a last minute order from out of town on a holiday weekend and not only were they accommodating, but went above and beyond to get it delivered around our ever changing schedule to surprise my mother who was there traveling on her birthday. I am so incredibly impressed by their customer service - shout out to Angie for dealing with my panicked phone calls - and the flowers arrived looking extraordinary and smelling even better. 15171/10. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you, Bella Botanica!

I had an amazing experience at Petals & Silk Floral (Bella Botanica) Boutique! I stopped in on a Friday afternoon needing an arrangement for two friends who were getting engaged that evening. They didn’t have premade arrangements available, but the florist took the time to ask thoughtful questions about colors, style, and budget and let me know it would take about 20–30 minutes to create something custom. She got to work right away and created the most beautiful large spring arrangement with roses, daisies, lilies, greenery, and bells of Ireland, finished with a black ribbon around a clear round vase. It truly exceeded my expectations—the quality and freshness of the flowers were exceptional. The customer service was fantastic—so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She even packaged the arrangement in a box to make it easier to transport, which I really appreciated. The price felt completely worth it for the quality and experience. I would absolutely order from here again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a stunning, custom floral arrangement!

I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral service. I am out of state and couldn't not attend the funeral. I asked for a photo of the flowers. That was not done. I made the request for the photo and they were aware of the situation. They agreed to take the photo. I will never know if these flowers were as I requested or the quality and quantity of the arrangement. There are many families in this situation now. I don't recommend this florist if you are ordering out of state. . You will never know. *Responce after feedback. The flowers did not get displayed at my Aunt's funeral because you did not communicate with anyone at the church. No one knew I sent flowers until the next day in the immediate family and the extended family doesn't even know we sent flowers.

Lee is Amazing! We had conversation about our “boho rustic farm wedding” Lee exceeded our vision! All of our guests wanted our flowers after the wedding! Lee helped coordinate our decor and flowers during set up, and when I walked down the aisle and walked into our reception I was astonished. Everyone complimented our wedding as being beautiful. Lee is professional, understating, and a visionary! I recommend 10000% I’m so grateful I found her shop ( cutest shop). There was a power outage in the area right before the wedding which effected Lee’s shop & that didn’t stop anything Lee still came through! Would give 10 stars if I could!
